Pre-trip Planning
Our professional development team can meet with you at your office or at the landing. We will have the opportunity to learn about your business, get an estimated head count, discuss supplies, such as tackle, what to wear and fishing licenses. We will also discuss your team building goals. We can provide valuable insight for your team and create a trip agenda. We can also help produce any material, handouts, surveys or other subject matter that will support the trip’s overall objectives.

Day of the Trip
You simply instruct your group members to meet at the landing. Upon arrival, your trip coordinator and Captain will greet your team, instruct you on the best gear, and tackle to use or purchase. He will also instruct everyone on what fishing licenses are required (fishing licenses can be purchased at the landing or by Fish and Game ).

As you cruise towards your fishing destination, your team members can enjoy the wonderful ocean life scenery or simply enjoy the galley area and order food and drink. This will also be a good time to finalize any contest rules, such as biggest catch, or most caught, etc.. Throughout the day, our trained deckhands will assist your team with knot-tying, bait services and “haulin-in” the fish! Your Captain will provide fishing reports throughout the day and be in constant contact with the landing, providing real-time reports. These reports are updated on our website, and available to any of your friends and family.

At the end of the day, during the cruise back to the landing, your deckhands will be cleaning the fish and tidying up the deck area. This is also a good time to check the biggest/most fish caught.
