Oct 10, 2011This week's angler of the week is Devin. Here's a quote from his dad, "Thanks for hooking us up for my son Devins 10th birthday he had a blast! He caught some awesome fish and had a great day. I'm sure we will be back soon:)".

Sep 16, 2011This weeks Angler Of The Week Is Hung Tran from Winnetka! He caught some awesome Rockfish! He came out with us on 9-16 and it just so happens it was his birthday! He was such a blast to have on bored with his family and friends! Hope they come back soon!!!
Sep 11, 2011Kenny and his charter group from 9-11-11 are our anglers of the week. Look at these prime halibut caught by the group on the New Bluefin. The boat was chartered by Captain Dane and first mate Mandy.

Aug 15, 2011This weeks Anglers of the Week are Brett Arena (right) from North Hollywood, CA with his 14.5lb halibut he caught on the Coroloma. Not even five minutes later (and two spots over), Cole Hotchkiss (left) from Chatsworth, CA caught this nice 20 lb. halibut!

Aug 1, 2011Azure Wilard is 7 years old. This was his first time on a boat and the very first fish he caught was a barracuda. Azure loves to play soccer in his spare time and his team is the Grey Falcons. He is a student at Ventura Charter School. He owns a dog named Chako. Azure says he's 'hooked' on fishing with us at Hook's Landing!
July 24, 2011Junior Equihua from Glendale caught this awesome Salmon Grouper with us on 7/24. It was the jackpot winner! Congratulations Junior.

July 18, 2011The angler of the week is Jo Marks from Camarillo, Ca. Jo is seen here with a 33inch Halibut that was caught by fly lining an anchovy off of the Hooks Landing live bait fishing platform. There were several hook ups through-out the day. Jo said that it the halibut put up one heck of a fight but with a little bit of help he was able to get it up on the dock.

July 4, 2011Emily Ruble, 13, from Newbury Park, CA. Emily loves to fish and today she caught her first sheephead today on the Coroloma. In her spare time, Emily plays soccer and she loves to surf. Emily says she's HOOKED on fishing with us and plans to come out again soon! Thanks Emily!
June 27, 2011Brennen Johnson from Austin, Texas is our Angler of the week. Brennen caught a 35 lb white seabass with us this week. In his spare time Brennen plays Hockey and his favorite team is the Dallas Stars.
June 20, 2011Natalie Stradling is a first time fisher woman from Provo, Utah. Natalie is seen with her first yellow tail tuna weighing in at 25 lbs. Natalie works at a ice rink and figure skate in her free time.
June 13, 2011Aaron Franco, an electrician from Oakview, says he had a great day on the Coroloma. He's married with an 8 yr old son and we're so glad he had a great day. Here he is holding a Bosco Rockfish. Thanks Aaron.
June 6, 2011This weeks angler of the week is Steve Watanabe, from Orange County, CA. For a living, Steve is a safety inspector for the rides at Disneyland and gets to travel all over the world to do his job. Steve has been a loyal angler of the Coroloma for the past 4 years and hopefully will continue for years to come.
May 30, 2011Leonid Ganapolskiy, his wife and two children are our Anglers of the week. Here with their catch of some quality Salmon Grouper, a Barber-pole rockfish, a Chuckle head, and and blue bass. They came out with us on a rougher day, but still had a great time and caught some great quality fish.
The Ganapolskiy family come from Bakersfield, California. This was Leonid's wife, Irina, first fishing trip and she did very well. Its nice to see a whole Family that can come out and enjoy themselves on the boats like them.
